Who processes the data

What data we receive
Only what you enter in the request form yourself: name, Telegram or WhatsApp number, website or Instagram, niche and approximate ad budget, and a description of your task. The site may also collect anonymized visit statistics via cookies and analytics pixels (more below).
Why we need it
To contact you, arrange the review, prepare for it and, if we decide to work together, carry out the collaboration. We don't use your contacts for mailings you didn't ask for, and we don't sell them.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Your request arrives in the agency's work Telegram and email. Only the Gonta Works team preparing the review has access to it. The review takes place on Google Meet. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
As long as it's needed to respond to your request and for our collaboration. If no collaboration begins, we delete the data within 12 months at most, or sooner at your request.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use the Meta pixel and web analytics services. They help us understand where visitors come from and show ads to people who are interested. This data is anonymized. The pixel and analytics are turned on only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site, and the site will keep working.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to [email protected] and we'll reply within 10 business days.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. By submitting a request, you agree to the current version.
